Design the shared module schedule
Step 1: Drag TMA or EMA deadline chips into the Assessment column to mark due dates — the tool will alert you if preparation activities are missing in the preceding two periods. Step 2: Drag teaching activities into Module, Cluster, or Tutor Group columns. For activities that run across multiple periods (such as forum moderation) switch on Repeat mode before dragging, then set the range. Click any placed activity to edit details and add a pedagogical description.

Review utilisation & get strategic feedback
Enter tuition hours per tutor and define cluster types by group count. Utilisation is calculated separately for each cluster type. The pedagogical profile analyses the language in your activity descriptions against established learning type frameworks.
