Module Code i Enter your module code as it appears in the Curriculum Presentation Guide (CPG), e.g. B100, DD102.

Total Tuition Hours per AL i Find this value in your CPG/REP11. This is the total Tuition Hours parameter (includes synchronous, asynchronous, online and face-to-face). Note: 1 Tuition Hour = 2.5 Delivery Hours (includes 1.5hrs prep/followup).

Total No. of Tutors i Total number of tutor groups across your entire module. If you have unequal cluster sizes (e.g., 3 clusters of 7 tutors and 2 of 12), complete separate plans for each cluster size.

Total No. of Clusters i Number of clusters in your module. Aim for equal-sized clusters where possible (8-10 groups per cluster is a good starting point). Smaller clusters = fewer overall tuition hours available.
